1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms") specify the rules and conditions for using the eMCe online portal (hereinafter: "Portal") and the dedicated eMCe Minecraft game server (hereinafter: "Server"). They constitute the legal basis for all users.

1.2. Each act of using the Portal or Server, including merely browsing content, is equivalent to full and unconditional acceptance of all provisions of these Terms. A user who does not agree with any of the points is obliged to immediately cease using both platforms.

1.3. These Terms bind all users without exception, regardless of their level of game advancement, age, experience, or place of residence.

1.4. eMCe reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of the Terms at any time. Users will be informed of any changes introduced through an announcement on the Portal, with appropriate advance notice to allow familiarization with the new provisions. Continued use of the Portal or Server after the introduction of changes signifies their acceptance.

2. Registration and User Account Management

2.1. Full access to the functionalities of the Portal and Server, including the ability to play, use the shop, and participate in the community, requires prior account registration.

2.2. The registration process takes place exclusively via an intuitive online form, available on the Portal's main page. The user is obliged to provide true and up-to-date data.

2.3. By registering an account, the user unequivocally declares that all data provided by them is true, complete, and up-to-date. Providing false information may result in consequences specified in these Terms, including account suspension.

2.4. The user bears full and sole responsibility for the security of their account. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining password confidentiality, protecting login data, and adequately securing the device used. Administrators never ask for a password.

2.5. Generally, it is forbidden for one natural person to create more than one account. Exceptions to this rule require prior, written consent from the Portal administration.

2.6. A user account is non-transferable and personal. It is forbidden to resell, transfer, rent, share, or any other form of distribution to third parties.

3. vEUR Virtual Currency and Transactions

3.1. vEUR is an internal, virtual digital currency, an integral part of the Portal and Server ecosystem. It is used to purchase digital goods and services available in the Shop.

3.2. vEUR can be freely and in real-time transferred between users of the Server and Portal, without any commission fees.

3.3. All transactions using vEUR are final and irreversible. The user should exercise utmost caution when performing them.

3.4. Administrators are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrectly performed transfers, including, but not limited to, typos in recipient nicknames, entering incorrect amounts, or sending vEUR to an incorrect recipient. Verification of data is the responsibility of the user.

3.5. Any attempts to manipulate the vEUR transfer system, including exploiting errors, loopholes, or dishonest practices, will result in the immediate and permanent blocking of the user's account, without the possibility of recovering accumulated funds.

4. eMCe Shop and Payment / Withdrawal Rules

4.1. The Portal offers an extensive digital shop where users can purchase various products, including in-game items, exclusive ranks, premium accounts, and vEUR currency top-ups.

4.2. Accepted payment methods include: PayPal, Paysafecard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK, and credit card payment (supported by the secure Stripe system).

4.3. Upon successful payment confirmation, purchased products are automatically assigned to the user's account, usually within a few minutes.

4.4. In accordance with applicable laws regarding digital services, digital purchases (including vEUR, ranks, in-game items) are non-refundable. The user accepts this fact at the time of purchase.

4.5. In exceptional, justified situations, after prior contact and individual analysis by Portal support, a refund of funds is possible only for the purchase of physical products, if such are available in the offer.

4.6. vEUR currency withdrawals are possible after successful user identity verification. Withdrawals are processed in the form of a Paysafecard code, PayPal transfer, or traditional bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is 30 vEUR (equivalent to 30 Euro).

4.7. Withdrawals are processed in the order they are received, but no later than 3 business days from the submission of a valid withdrawal request and successful identity verification. For questions or problems with withdrawals, please contact the administrator at emce.online@gmail.com.

5. Rules for Using the Account and Game Server

5.1. The user undertakes to comply with the principles of fair play, good manners, personal culture, and all applicable provisions of Europe and international law when using the Portal and Server.

5.2. It is strictly forbidden to use and distribute any unauthorized programs, such as cheats, bots, exploits, game modifications giving an unfair advantage, macros, or other tools that disrupt gameplay or violate the integrity of the Server.

5.3. Any confirmed violation of these Terms, depending on its severity and nature, may result in penalties, including a warning, temporary account suspension (ban), or in the case of serious and repeated violations, permanent account blocking (permanent ban).

5.4. Administrators have the full right to make decisions about imposing penalties and interventions without prior notification to the user if the situation requires immediate action to ensure the security and stability of the Server and the comfort of other players.

5.5. Skins and capes used by players on the Server may not contain vulgar, erotic, racist, offensive, propaganda, or content violating personal dignity or applicable law.

5.6. Audiovisual materials published by users (e.g., YouTube videos, streams) within the Portal (e.g., on the forum, in the gallery) must comply with the eMCe community guidelines. The administration reserves the right to accept or reject such content.

5.7. It is absolutely forbidden to advertise other servers, portals, services, or competing activities without prior, written consent from the eMCe Portal and Server administration.

6. Referral System and Cooperation Programs

6.1. Every registered Portal user has access to their own unique referral link, located in the Profile > Referral Profile tab.

6.2. For each new person who registers on the Portal via the unique referral link and makes a payment in the Shop, the referring user will receive a bonus of 5% of the value of the payment made in vEUR currency.

6.3. The referral bonus is automatically credited to the referring user's account immediately after the transaction made by the referred person is completed and confirmed.

6.4. vEUR earned through the referral system can be used in the game, for purchases in the eMCe Shop, or withdrawn under the terms specified in point 4.6 of these Terms.

6.5. eMCe actively seeks and invites online creators from platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, and others to cooperate. Those interested in cooperation are asked to contact via the ticket system on the official Discord server.

7. Personal Data Protection and Privacy

7.1. The eMCe Portal processes users' personal data with the utmost care, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the internal, detailed Privacy Policy.

7.2. Every user has the full right to access their personal data, correct it, update it, and in justified cases – to delete it.

7.3. Detailed information regarding the principles of collecting, processing, storing, and protecting users' personal data is described in a separate document "Privacy Policy," available on the Portal.

8. Social Features and User Content

8.1. Users can actively use the available social features, such as the photo gallery, discussion forum, and wiki. All these elements are an integral part of the eMCe Portal and are subject to these Terms.

8.2. In all social sections of the Portal, the same rules apply as in the rest of the Server, in particular the prohibition of insulting, hate speech, spam, publishing illegal, pornographic, racist, or hate-spreading content.

8.3. Content published by users on the Portal (e.g., forum posts, gallery photos) may, with the author's prior consent, be used by the administration for promotional, educational, or informational purposes.

8.4. Information regarding the current administration team of the Server and Portal can be found in the dedicated "Administration" tab on the Portal.

9. Account Security and Login Mechanisms

9.1. Every user has the ability to actively manage their account security, including by changing the email address associated with the account, changing the password, and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). We strongly recommend activating 2FA for increased security.

9.2. It is recommended to link the eMCe account with a Discord account. This facilitates the game login process, simplifies contact with technical support, and enables the use of additional features.

9.3. The Portal is not responsible for any negative consequences, losses, or damages resulting from the user's lack of adequate security, including careless storage of login data, using weak passwords, or not activating 2FA.

10. Technical Information and Server Integration

10.1. The "Click to log in" feature provides quick and secure login to the Minecraft game, eliminating the need for manual password entry, which increases user convenience and security.

10.2. Player account registration on the Server is automatic based on a unique UUID associated with the user's Microsoft account, ensuring data consistency.

10.3. All login data and other confidential information are stored in encrypted form in secure Portal and Server databases, in accordance with best data security practices.

11. Mystery BOX

11.1. Mystery BOX is a special feature available on the Portal and Server, offering high-risk gameplay where the user can both increase and lose vEUR currency. Participation in Mystery BOX is at the user's own risk.

11.2. The Mystery BOX game has three difficulty levels, each with a different chance of winning/losing and a different winning multiplier:

• Easy level: 50% chance of winning and 50% chance of losing. Winning is a x2 multiplier of the staked amount.

• Medium level: 30% chance of winning and 70% chance of losing. Winning is a x4 multiplier of the staked amount.

• Hard level: 20% chance of winning and 80% chance of losing. Winning is a x6 multiplier of the staked amount.

11.3. The maximum amount of vEUR that can be staked in one Mystery BOX game is 50 vEUR. There is no minimum stake.

11.4. All transactions made within the Mystery BOX are final and irreversible. Administrators are not responsible for the loss of vEUR resulting from participation in the Mystery BOX game.

12. Legal Information and Contact

12.1. The eMCe Portal and Server are the exclusive property of the eMCe brand.

12.2. The hosting service provider for the Portal and Server is Hetzner Online GmbH, with its registered office at: Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany.

12.3. The registrar of the emce.online domain is OVH Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at: ul. Powstańców Śląskich 9, 53-332 Wrocław, Poland.

12.4. Contact with the Portal and Server administration is possible via the contact form available on the website or through the official eMCe Discord server. For matters concerning withdrawals, please contact the administrator directly at eMCe.online@gmail.com.

13. Final Provisions

13.1. These Terms come into force on the date of their publication on the Portal and are valid indefinitely.

13.2. Any disputes that may arise in connection with the use of the Portal or Server will be resolved in accordance with Polish law.

13.3. In case of any questions, doubts, or a need for clarification of any of the points of the Terms, the user is obliged to immediately contact the Portal support. We will gladly provide all necessary information.
