✅ General Rules
By playing on eMCe.online, you automatically agree to these rules.
The administration reserves the right to change the rules at any time without prior notice.
Ignorance of the rules does not exempt you from following them.

👤 Player Behavior
No insulting, threatening, provoking, or harassing other players or staff.
Offensive, vulgar, racist, or political usernames or skins are strictly forbidden.
Advertising other servers, websites, Discords, etc. is not allowed.
Spamming or flooding the chat (e.g., repeated or meaningless messages) is prohibited.
Keep it respectful – good manners are mandatory.

⚔️ Gameplay
Cheating, hacking, or using unfair modifications (KillAura, AutoClicker, X-Ray, etc.) is strictly forbidden.
Exploiting bugs or glitches is not allowed – report any issues to staff immediately.
Intentionally lagging the server (e.g., abusing generators or using mass TNT) is prohibited.
AFK bots, auto-farming, or macro scripts are not allowed.
Allowed mods include OptiFine, LabyMod, and others that do not give unfair combat advantages.

🏰 PvP & Clans
Betraying your own clan (e.g., stealing or inside griefing) is prohibited unless it’s part of server mechanics.
PvP is allowed everywhere except safe zones (like the spawn).
Special zones may have unique PvP rules – read signs and chat messages carefully.
Combat logging (quitting during fights) is not allowed.

💎 Economy & Items
Scamming, fake giveaways, or item fraud are strictly prohibited.
Duplication of items will result in a permanent ban.
Trading accounts, items, or in-game currency for real money is not allowed.
The server staff is not responsible for items lost due to PvP, bugs, or user error.

🛡️ Staff & Moderation
Staff members always have the final say in any situation.
Disrespect or insults toward staff can result in a mute or ban.
Impersonating staff or trying to influence their decisions is strictly forbidden.
Abusing /report, /helpop, or spamming staff with messages may result in being ignored or punished.

🚫 Punishments
Rule violations may result in:

a warning,
mute,
temporary or permanent ban,
complete removal from the server.
Staff is not obligated to explain every punishment.
